Fits any square-shaped Muxlab balun.  One-piece design cleanly mounts easily to any wall or flat furniture surface.  Comes with two mounting screws and anchors.

The MUXLAB-500915 is a surface mount balun plate for securely mounting Muxlab square baluns on a wall or furniture surface.

The mount plate covers the balun while displaying the pin configuration for reference. The plate is designed so many other fixtures can be installed beside it.

The 500915 includes two mounting screws and plastic anchors for mounting on drywall.
