Muxlab 500050 Component Video/Digital Audio Balun (Male)

Component cables are expensive.  And with this Muxlab Balun, completely unnecessary!

Balun transmits component video and single-channel digital audio across Cat5 cable, thus eliminating the need for costly component cables.  Sends 720p and 1080i/p signals up to 500 feet, 480i signals up to 1,000 feet, and digital audio up to 600 feet.   Commonly used in pairs, the 500051 is required to receive data on the opposite end of the Cat5.

The MUXLAB-500050 is a Male Component Video/Digital Audio Balun that allows the transmission of one component video and one digital audio signal over inexpensive Cat5 cable.

The balun supports 480i/p, 720p, and 1080i/p resolution video at different maximum signal distances. The 500050 is commonly used in hi-definition video applications.
