The ESSEX-ISH103SN is a virtually indestructible dual technology reader that incorporates an Essex Stainless Steel, piezoelectric Keypad with a 13.56 MHz iCLASS reader with Genuine HID Technology.

HID's iCLASS contactless smart card technology provides encryption with a secure algorithm. Completely weatherproof and vandal resistant, the unit is fully encapsulated and contains no moving parts.

The ISH103SN mounts directly to a single gang switchbox or surface mount and is designed for vandal prone areas. With a read range of up to 3", iSMART is designed to interface with most OEM access control systems.
