The Lumidigm Venus Sensor ensures consistent authentication outdoors, regardless of wet, greasy, cut or damaged fingers and guards against fake fingerprint spoofing. Even despite it's creation for extreme conditions, the Extreme still carries the functionality that you have come to expect from the V-Station line, with a full 3.5 inch LCD screen, programmable function keys, backwards compatibility, remote device management and more! This version of the V-Station Extreme is the iClass model with integrated iClass credential reader, for a three-factor authentication system utilizing Biometric Fingerprint Reading along with iClass credentials and PIN entry. The iClass Credential also allows storage of biometric fingerprint templates directly on each individual card, allowing a limitless user base for each reader.
