Will my SLA battery suffer from memory effect?

No, sealed lead-acid batteries are not constructed of nickel cadmium or nickel metal hydride, therefore they do not suffer from the "memory effect".

Memory effect...
or "battery laziness", is when a battery experiences a loss in overall capacity after being partially discharged and then recharged to full capacity repeatedly. This phenomenon occurs in nickel cadmium or nickel metal hydride batteries where active materials in the battery are underused. Battery capacity then begins to shrink. But not to worry, this phenomenon is not present in SLA batteries.
