How do I exit programming mode on a Honeywell Keypad?

With the exception of sub-menus, pressing (*99) on the keypad will exit programming mode and return users to the home screen.

If you happen to be navigating through a programming sub-menu, you have to leave the sub-menu before pressing (*99) will allow you to exit programming mode entirely. Traversing these menus and complex *56 programming can be difficult on a standard, fixed English Keypad, like the 6148. This is why Honeywell recommends alphanumeric keypads, like the 6160 or 6160RF, for those users looking to perform more advanced system programming.
